Nowhere else blends beauty, architecture, and coastal charm quite like 30A. The neighborhoods are stunning, the food is surprisingly good, and it always feels like a little escape—even when it’s home.

Cape San Blas / Port St. Joe, Florida

This area is ideal when we need a quiet weekend getaway. It’s a short drive so we just pack everything into the car and tow the boat over for the weekend on the water. It’s slower and simpler and we love it that way!
No crowds, no frills—it’s peaceful in all the best ways.

St. Augustine, Florida

Whether it's a summer concert for a parents getaway weekend or strolling the streets during Nights of Lights, St. Augustine is full of charm. It’s a favorite for easy getaways where we can mix a little history with good food and a whole lot of fun for the family.
The mix of coastal charm & history, festive traditions, and walkable streets makes it a go-to destination any time of year.
